From street kid to celebrated chef: Tim Raue is famed worldwide for his „experimental“ cuisine. Since the autumn of 2016, two-star chef Tim Raue has been a brand ambassador for METRO Cash & Carry Germany. Raue first began his career as a chef in 1997. In 1998 he was voted Rising Star of the Year by the renowned gourmet magazine „Der Feinschmecker“. In 2007 he gained his first Michelin star. In July 2010 he opened the Tim Raue restaurant.
