Tim Tegtmeier

From an early age Tim Tegtmeier was making a name for himself in the worlds of pâtisserie and confectionery. As head pâtissier in the 3-star restaurant "Vendôme" he was able to learn all the skills required in order to realise his own project: a stand on Düsseldorf's Carlsplatz with a range of delicacies for customers with a sweet tooth.
